Our Airbnb Is Live and Listed in Tampa, Florida!

After a 2 month renovation in Tampa Florida at our very first rental property, we’ve finally listed on Airbnb!

In the 2 months we worked on the unit we upgraded the:
Floors
Air conditioning
Painted with Killz
Painted with Bit of Sugar color
Painted with Galactic Grey
All new furniture
New windows
Ikea curtains
Ikea tables and chairs
Bistro set

and much more. Listing on Airbnb was a huge accomplishment and we’re excited to share that in the first 2 weeks we’ve had over 20 bookings!

Really impressed by the number of views Airbnb has directed to the listing in the first 14 days. Our pictures were the main focus of listing based on our research and watching “STAY HERE” on Netflix.

Sarah did an amazing job on the design of the unit making it New Orleans themed and the pictures turned out GREAT!
