How We Remodeled A Garage Into A Five Star Airbnb

When we moved from San Francisco, California to the trendiest neighborhood in Tampa, FL Seminole Heights we knew there would be a lot of renovations needed to give guests a five-star Airbnb experience. – Cheap Paint Brushes
– Killz paint for stains and odors
– Killz spray paint (awesome)
– Best paint rollers

Now that we’ve hosted over 25 guests in our first 60 days with a 5-star rating we’re confident we can acquire our second property and keep the momentum.
