The Three Most Important Amenities For Airbnb Guests
Now having hosted 25+ families in our Airbnb we have taken notes on their feedback on the most important amenities. TL;DR is Coffee machine, Bistro table, and iPhone chargers.
- Keurig coffee machine. By far the most popular coffee machine in Airbnb’s around the world is the gold standard. We’ve had great comments and feedback from 50% of our guests about the K-Cup options. Also, don’t forget the sugar and creamers 😉
- A bistro table. This was an item we purchased after about 10 days of having guests. There were multiple guests that asked about adding a table for working, reading, and relaxing with their Keurig coffee.
- iPhone chargers. We took a page out of Lyft and Uber drivers here. After riding in dozens of shared rides with iPhone chargers over the last 3 years we decided to add chargers to our Airbnb. These are great to have right next to your WiFi password and logins.
There are a lot of other amazing tips and feedback from guests that we will be sharing over the next few months. Some of the most important amenities are to make guests comfortable.
