We’ve Been Voted A Top Tampa Blog To Follow in 2020
When we moved to Florida in 2019 and bought our first bungalow in Seminole Heights the idea of becoming a top 10 Tampa blog wasn’t even a thought. We wanted to share our experience with young couples everywhere about real estate investing, relationships, sustainability, and personal finance strategies. Over the last year, our blog has grown dramatically and touched thousands of people all over the world. We love and appreciate each and every one of you reading this 🙂 Truly.
In July, exactly a year after starting, FeedSpot voted our blog 9 out of 30 top Tampa blogs to follow in 2020. It’s important to celebrate small victories and awards when you have a project of any size. We’ve learned this applies over the years for business, life in general, and especially in real estate.
Our goal now after getting some momentum is to try to collaborate with amazing bloggers in the mommy space. We’re expecting our first child in October and want to really expand our content around parenting. Primarily because that’s what we are going to be focused on HEAVILY for the next 12-24 months with a newborn.
Now with 3 properties in Tampa and 4 rental units, we’ve been working around the clock on projects we’re super excited to share with you over the coming months. A lot of the projects have been smaller cosmetic fixes but we’ve found them to be really enjoyable!

As “lifestyle” bloggers, we really want to listen to the community and readers for potential projects. With 3 properties we have a lot of projects but would love to hear what our readers want to learn more about. One of the most requested topics has been around sustainable home goods, interior design, and DIY projects. Ideally, we start writing more about our new obsession with CROCS!
